- Stephen Ministry - one-on-one peer care ministry.

- House Churches - small groups which meet in members homes.
- Lay Eucharistic Visitors (LEV) - take communion to the sick and shutins of our parish.
- St. Martha's Guild - direct care for those in need. Such meals for families in times of stress (illness, death or birth), transportation or other help as needed.
- Family Weekend - annual weekend trip to Camp Allen for fun and fellowship.
- Parish Gatherings
Outreach: Robbie McDonald, Sam Leach
- The Shepherd's Nook - Good Shepherd's Resale Shop.
- Community Prayer Breakfast - meets at a different church in Friendswood for a time of prayer and fellowship.
- Meals on Wheels - provides meals for shut-ins on a rotating basis.
- Christian Helping Hands - short-term assistance with basic needs, and helps other become more self-sufficient.
- Habitat for Humanity - works to build and renovate decent, affordable housing.
- Honduras Mission - part of a team that travels to Corinto, Honduras each summer for a medical mission.
- Communications - parish communications.
