Service times, directions, and what to expect upon your first visit to Good Shepherd Episcopal Church.
You will discover a loving, affirming, and warmly welcoming place that values traditional worship according to The Book of Common Prayer accompanied by hymns with an organist and choir.
You’ll make friends, share the joys and challenges of life, and know you’ve worshiped as the Body of Christ. You’ll be challenged to take Jesus with you throughout the week.

8:00 a.m. — The Holy Eucharist (Rite I)
9:15 a.m. — Christian Formation (seasonal)
10:30 a.m. — The Holy Eucharist (Rite II, music, choir, and organ)

What Can I Expect?

If you are joining us for worship on Sunday morning, we are located in the large church building with the steeple. You may enter through the front church doors next to the bell tower. Please feel free to come as you are. We’re pleased you’re choosing to join us for the morning.

Our main worship service at 10:30 a.m. is typically 1 hour in length. Our 8 a.m. service is around 45 minutes long. Each of these services are communion services, we refer to them as “The Holy Eucharist.”
Please join us after our 10:30 a.m. service for a lovely time of fellowship during our “Coffee Hour” located in Sterling Hall.

All are warmly welcomed!
We are an affirming and inclusive community! We worship according to The Book of Common Prayer often accompanied by an organ or piano and choir. We value traditional worship.
Feel free to wear what is comfortable for you. Some will choose to dress up more than others.
All baptized Christians are welcome to receive Communion. Blessings are available for all.

At Good Shepherd we care about your whole family, from the very youngest to our oldest. Every individual will be loved and welcomed.
Children are most welcome throughout the entire worship service. Some children’s resources are available at the entrance.
Nursery care is available for 0 to 4 year old children during our 10:30 a.m. Holy Eucharist. A children’s class is offered in the Sunday School/Laura Building during a portion of our 10:30 a.m. Holy Eucharist.
Older children and youth gladly serve as Acolytes during our services.
